Central Board of Secondary Education which is known as CBSE has delivered now JEE Main Notification. At first online application for the registration will be invited then in the month of November JEE Mains will be conducted at all the set up examination centers. JEE main exam is one of highly competitive and difficulty engineering admission entrance exams in India as well as in foreign country which is not so easy to crack which is conducted to provide admission opportunity to suitable appliers in courses like B.tech /B.E & B.Arch. lines are going to active soon for JEE Mains online application form submission facility for all the students so that as they may submit their application form successfully.

Each and every aspirant need to check all the guidelines for this exam because attempts are fix for students to apply for test in one life. Exam pattern and syllabus must be studied by the candidates from this article to be ready to appear in the test. Applicants must know that they will get only 03 chances to qualify the JEE Examination and JEE Advanced can be attempted 02 (Maximum) times is consecutive years. JEE Main Online Application Notification with Eligibility

JEE Main New Changes: These are the changes which have been implemented in JEE Mains-
  • Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has made some changes in the pattern of JEE Mains. So before applying for JEE should now the JEE mains changes that are introduced last year. Here are the points that are changed:
  • No weightage will be given to 12th class marks for calculating All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main.
  • For admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, candidates must have at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST) in higher secondary examination or must be in top 20 percentile in class 12th examination conducted by respective boards.
  • Moreover, applying candidates will need their Aadhaar Card Number to fill the JEE application form.
  • Candidates from Meghalaya, J & K and Assam are excluded from this provision. Such candidates have to enter passport number, ration card number, bank account number or any other valid Govt. identity number to get examination centre in these states only.

Qualification Required: To appear in the Joint Entrance Exam, candidates should be passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Diploma holders aspirants can also apply for the JEE main, but only to get admission in IITs.

JEE Main Attempts: Candidates interested for admission in IIT/ IIM will get total 3 attempts for clearing the JEE Main. JEE Attempts will be counted soon onwards. On the other hand, JEE Advanced can be attempted maximum 2 times in consecutive years.

Age Limit: Those who was born on or after 1st October 1993 are eligible for writing the JEE Main examination. 5 years relaxation shall be provided in the upper age limit of SC/ST & PWD candidates (i.e. DOB falls on or after 1st October 1988). Date of Birth of applying candidates will be considered as mentioned in secondary education board certificate.

Application Fee: Candidates can pay their fee through online mode with the help of Credit card/debit card/ and offline mode with E-challan. Those aspirants who are paying their fee through E-challan are required to make the payment in syndicate/ ICICI/HDFC/canara bank in cash. Fee structure is given in below table-

JEE Main Exam Pattern: Paper -1 is for those candidates who are going to take admission in B.E./B.Tech courses, question paper will be in Hindi and English as well. 30 questions will be given per subjects and question will be objective type and aspirants have to tick on the right answer. There will be negative marking of -1 for each wrong answer and +4 marks for each right answer. See table-

JEE Paper- 2 Exam Pattern: Those aspirants who want to get admission in B.Arch/B.Planning courses, Paper-2 is for them. Subjects for paper-2 are Mathematics, Aptitude test and Drawing.30 questions for Maths, 50 questions for Aptitude test and 02 questions for Drawing. Candidates have to complete their exam within 03 hours. See this table-

JEE Mains Exam Syllabus: JEE Main syllabus provides information about the topics and chapters about the subjects which should be cover by the candidates. Paper- 1 syllabus consist the subjects like mathematics, physics and chemistry which they have taught in class 11th or class 12th. Paper -2 comprising the Mathematics, aptitude test and drawing.
